We understand that plans can change, and you may wish to cancel an order. This policy explains the process and terms related to cancellations.
Cancellation Before Shipment
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before they are dispatched, whichever comes first.
- To cancel, contact our customer care team via email.
- Approved cancellations will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Orders Already Shipped
- Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
- After delivery, you may return the item according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Modifying Orders
- Changes to products or delivery addresses are not allowed once an order is placed.
- If modifications are needed, you must cancel the current order (if eligible) and place a new order.
