Shipping and Delivery Policy

We take utmost care to ensure every order of women’s accessories reaches you on time and in perfect condition. This policy outlines the terms and procedures related to the shipping of items purchased from our platform. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.  

Shipping Coverage  

• Deliveries are available to all serviceable pin codes across India.  
• Currently, international shipping is not provided.   
   

Order Processing  

• Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.  
• Weekends and public holidays are excluded from the processing timeline.  
• Once processed, a confirmation email is shared with complete order and shipping details.   
   

Estimated Delivery Time   
Standard delivery usually takes 3–8 business days, depending on the delivery location.  

Failed Delivery Attempts   
Delivery may not be completed in cases such as:  

• Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.  
• Recipient unavailable at the delivery location.  
• Refusal to accept the shipment at the time of delivery.  

Action Taken: If any of these occur, the order will be returned to our warehouse. Customers may request reshipment of the product.  

Damaged or Lost Packages  

• If an order arrives damaged, customers must contact our support team within 48 hours and share photographic evidence.  
• If a parcel is lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement or process a refund after confirmation from the courier partner.
