Return and Refund Policy  

 

At Modenlys, managed by Flipstore Solutions, our goal is to ensure a smooth and dependable shopping experience. In this document, “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to Flipstore Solutions, while “you,” “your,” and “user” refer to our valued customers. By purchasing from our platform, you agree to the following return and refund procedures.  


Eligibility for Returns  

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, including all tags, labels, and packaging.  
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be returned exactly as received.  
  • Products that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way cannot be returned.  
  • Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery by contacting customer support.  
  • Items that do not meet these requirements will be rejected for return.    
     

How to Initiate a Return  

Submit Your Request: Email your return request with your Order ID and reason for return to flipstoresolutions@gmail.com.  

Provide Proof: For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, include clear photos to expedite processing.  

Follow Instructions: Once approved, we will send step-by-step guidance to complete your return.  

Note: Returns that do not follow these guidelines may be declined.  


Refund Process & Timeline  

  • Returned items are inspected to verify they meet return requirements.  
  • You will be notified whether your refund is approved or declined.  
  • Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.  
  • A confirmation email is sent once the refund is completed.    
     

Partial Refunds    
If a returned item only partially meets the return criteria (e.g., minor damage or missing packaging), a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.  


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items  

  • For faulty, damaged, or incorrect products, submit a return request within 48 hours of delivery.  
  • Include clear photos or videos of the issue and email them to flipstoresolutions@gmail.com for faster processing and resolution.
